RVA CUTTING BOARDS RETURN POLICY

Returns
A return is only valid within 30 days from the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition in which received. Item must also be in the original packaging. 

Before any return is initiated, communication via email or phone between RVA Cutting Boards and the original purchaser is required. 

When inquiring about a return through email, please provide your order number, name on order, order date, best contact number and reason for return. 

When inquiring about a return by phone, please have your order number ready.   

Emails or missed calls/texts or normally returned within one business day.

Return shipping may or may not be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Cancellations 

To cancel an order, contact RVA Cutting Boards immediately. Cancellations can only be made prior to shipping.   

Refunds

Refunds are processed through Square, Inc.

It takes 2-7 business days for a refund to be processed through Square, Inc. Once the refund is processed through Square, Inc., the refund is then sent to your card issuing bank, where the refund can take another 2-7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing speeds) to post to your account. In total it can take 4-14 business days to receive a refund.

Right to Refuse - RVA Cutting Boards reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone for any reason except on the grounds of race, religion, sex or national origin or any other reason protected by Local, State and Federal laws and guidelines.
